CANCELLATION POLICY

Because of product ordering commitments we must make, we will only give refunds on cancelled orders where you notify us by email of the cancellation at least 4 business days before the nominated delivery date. Please email orders@noosacleanse.com.au

DATE CHANGES

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to reschedule your cleanse.  NOOSA CLEANSE will accept ONE date change per order if notified by email at least 2 days prior to your delivery date.

SHELF LIFE

Your juice has a 3 day shelf life from the morning of your cleanse start date.  Each NOOSA CLEANSE Juice bottle is marked with a 'used by' expiration date.  If you are planning to delay the start your cleanse ensure you check that your juice does not expire during this time.  NOOSA CLEANSE does not offer credits or refunds in these cases.

DELIVERY TERMS

We make ONE attempt to deliver your juice, it’s best if you are there to refrigerate it immediately. If we can’t reach you, your package will be left in the safest place we deem fit or where specified by you during the ordering process.
